The clothes themselves were fine, but the refund for my return took almost three weeks, which was really frustrating. I had to reach out to support twice just to get an update. i expected the process to be smoother, and at the very least, an apology for the delay would’ve been nice.

I really wanted to love these designs, but in person a lot of them just looked basic, like they were trying too hard and still missed. The colors weren’t nearly as cute as the photos, and some of the cuts fit me in a weird little goblin way. It’s not a total disaster or anything, but it definitely wasn’t the style I thought I was getting

I had a problem with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort it out!! It took a couple messages back and forth, but they got everything fixed in the end. Overall, I’m really happy with the support!

Just a heads up if you’re ordering from halara: the sales look way better at first than they actually are. I placed an order because the prices seemed like a great deal, but once I got to checkout, the discount stuff got confusing. Some items didn’t qualify, and the promo code I had wouldn’t stack, even though the way it was presented made it seem like it might.

Shipping was fine and the clothes themselves are okay, but I felt a little misled by all the pop-ups, countdowns, and “limited time” deal messages. I’m not saying don’t buy from them, but definitely double-check your cart before paying because it may not be as much of a bargain as the site makes it look.

I ordered from halara and my package did eventually show up, but it took longer than the estimate they gave. I usually expect tracking to be a little more consistent, especially when I’m waiting on clothes, but it barely updated for a few days and I wasn’t sure what was happening. The items were fine once they arrived, so no issue there. I just personally prefer a delivery experience that feels more dependable. Overall, not awful, but not something I’d call great either

I really wanted to love Halara because the styles are super cute, but the sizing just feels... not great. Like, some pieces say they come in bigger sizes, but then the fit runs small or just doesn’t feel like it was made with curvier bodies in mind. So you end up guessing, and hoping, and then it’s hit or miss. I don’t know, I like the look of a lot of their stuff, I just wish the size range and fit were more actually inclusive.

I’ve ordered from Halara before i feel like the return process used to be a lot clearer. This time I bought a few things assuming it would be simple if something didn’t work out, but once I actually needed to return an item, the policy was way more confusing than I expected.
There were so many little steps and rules that I didn’t notice before checking out, and I ended up having to search around just to figure out what was even allowed. Maybe I missed something, but it definitely felt like more hassle than it used to be, and I’m not sure I’d order again unless the return info is easier to understand upfront.

I really wanted to like it, and at first I thought maybe the higher price would be worth it, but honestly... no, the quality just doesn’t back it up. For what you get, it feels overpriced, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from Halara because the photos made the fabric look super soft and comfy, but it really didn’t feel that way in person. It was kind of rough against my skin, and this is where it got annoying, after wearing it for just a little while, I was already ready to take it off. Maybe some people won’t mind the feel of it, but for me it was definitely not what I expected and felt like a waste of money...

I’ve worn my Halara pants way more than I expected, they’re still doing great. I’m picky about noticing things like stretched-out knees or loose seams, and I haven’t seen any of that. They’re easy to wash, still fit nicely, and haven’t gotten weird or worn-looking. I thought they’d start showing their age by now, but they’ve held up really well.

At first I was happy with these—the fit was great and they felt comfortable right away. But then after just two washes, the fabric started pilling on the thighs and the seat, and my excitement turned into frustration fast. They already look worn out, which is really disappointing. For the price, I expected them to hold up a lot better.

The color was way different from the picture. It wasn’t even close, which was disappointing.

Most of the items fit about the same, which was nice. One piece was a little tighter than the rest, but overall the sizing felt consistent, if that makes sense

Overall, I think this is a solid item. The fabric feels good and the stitching seems well done, so I want to give credit where it’s due. The only downside for me was the sizing, which ran a bit off compared to what I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but I’d probably suggest double-checking the size chart before ordering...

I’ve bought similar items before that felt really soft and easy to wear, so I was disappointed with this one. The fabric felt scratchy on my skin, and the waistband was tighter than I expected. I couldn’t really get comfortable in it.

I ordered from halara.com because the pants looked really comfy in the pictures, but the fabric is way thinner than I expected. You can see the outline of pretty much everything, and when I put them on, they just felt kind of cheap instead of flattering or comfortable.

They might be fine for lounging around the house, but I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing them out. For the price, I expected better, and the whole thing gave me that “they made it my problem” feeling, like now I have to deal with returning or just accepting something that wasn’t as advertised. Not happy with it and probably won’t order again.

I ordered from halara.com because I thought the size chart would be accurate, but it didn’t really work out for me. I got my usual size, and from what I remember, the waist felt really tight while the legs were oddly loose. The fabric seemed fine enough, though the fit is mostly what stuck in my mind because it made the pants uncomfortable to wear. I’d probably hesitate to order again unless the sizing gets more consistent.

Yeah, so unfortunately this was disappointing. I washed it once and it shrunk really badly, like way more than I expected. Basically ruined after the first wash.
